While the Pirates have been struggling, the General will prevail.

9. stupid pirates beat my orioles twice in the series back in the 70's

but Bobby Clemente was a great humantarian/player, and Stargell was an uncle to a classmate of mine and a great player. Now in football, we're in the same league, I like the steelers, and I like the pirates except when they play the O's.

Seriously, I loved those two guys they were the embodiment of baseball to me. Clemente was a Saint on and off the field as far as I was concerned.
Stargell was an absolute phenomenon.
