1. Rasmussen needs math lessons |
|
It's actually 56% disapproval, not 55%.

4. 55% could be correct due to rounding error, e.g. 14.6% + 40.6% = 55.2% n/t |

15% + 41% = 56%, right?
The total percentage of those who either disapprove or strongly disapprove... This guy ought to be toast.

3. I just took a Zogby poll today. |
|
And, of course, I said I strongly disapproved GW's job performance. I am curious to see what the ratings will be when that poll comes out.

11. I did the Zogby one yesterday too! Also rated very poor. |
|
The one question I'm still laughing at was "If you had the opportunity to become President of the US, would you take the job?"
I answered NO! Not because of the job and it's demands, but because of all the crap a candidate has to go through during a campaign. It amazes me that ANYONE wants the damn job!

I figured I couldn't do a worse job than Bush. Of course hell will freeze over before I get the chance.

9. How many times can this guy get to new lowest levels ever |
|
before he finally dips under 40?
I know Rasmussen has its finger on the scales weighing in *'s favor...but i swear all the polls have to have built-in pro-* bias.
Seriously, what area do even his supporters think he is doing well in?
They can't possibly believe the War on Terra is going well, or that the economy is improving (unless they are super-rich, which could hardly be a statistically significant group).
Is it really all fundies ecstatic over the SC openings, business execs and war profiteers drooling over the open money spigot, and utterly witless propaganda victims (can't believe those folks would actually answer polls)? Are there enough people in these categories that random samples will always include at least 40% of such people?
Unreal...

12. There is no logic amongst Bush supporters |
|
My sister loves Bush (she lives in Georgia. I think there is something in the water there cause she is also starting to say things like "I don't see a problem teaching intelligent design in science class.") Anyway, I asked her a couple of weeks ago if Bush was perfect. Being a card carrying Christian, she said NO, only one man was ever perfect. So, I said, "Well, then that means he can make mistakes, right?" "Yes, of course he is capable of making mistakes." "Name one."
She couldn't. She got really defensive and dismissed the discussion. It TOTALLY creeped me out. This woman is a CPA in charge of accounts receivable for a large company in Atlanta. I swear to you that she is not unintelligent. I cannot account for how she can think that Bush has done a good job.

The "polls" can no longer fudge the numbers that much.
