Prayer Vigil by Conservatives in Crawford?
What are they praying for? More dead American Soldiers in Iraq? They obviously want no explanation of why our kids are there; they do not want them to come home, and yet they pray? Is it all for show? Are they doing their damndest to impress one another? My church prays harder for dead american soldiers then your church.

Conservatives want more American blood shed in Iraq. Its really that simple.

1. God I hate those things:)
I hate the people that attend them too. I hope * doesn't give them any more things to "pray vigil about"

3. Hello LeftLibra and Welcome to DU
I find it just more proof that ignorance is part of conservative DNA. The chest pounding and flag waving mask a great psychosis that must be devastating to the bodies it occupies.

I've been strengthened by your wise words(and many other duers)these past few months in this "strange" country of which I used to be so proud. My prayers have yet to be answered...

4. They would also like God to smite a few SC Justices "Please Lord, let...
there be a few more vacancies on the SC."

Pat Robertson made that prayer live on TV on his show. Since SC Justices are LIFETIME appointments, how does he think his prayer could be answered? He is asking God to smite a few activist judges, OT style.
