1. Sounds like they're onto us.
“For us, the prime suspect in these incidents is America, because terrorism in Iraq functions under the eyes of the US. Thousands of American forces are spread across Iraq and if they wanted to eradicate insecurity they could have,” he said. “There are some signs which point to the spy services of the US and Zionist regime,” he said.—AFP

2. Oh. There's a novel claim.
The Jews and their American-Zionist stooges are behind it.

And 9/11.

And events in Jiddah and Riyadh.

And Sharm al-Sheikh.

And Karachi.

And Khuzestan.

And London.

5. I was ready to believe just about anything about BushCo...
...since their past behavior has been so repulsive.

However, when I read the part about 'zionist regime' I realized this was just Iranian anti-Israel propaganda. Sigh. And I was so hoping I had another nail to pound into Bush's legal coffin.

3. Actually I have suspected that, too
The Ayatollah isn't the most reliable source in the world, but I've read things that make me wonder who is behind the "insurgency" in Iraq. Some American volunteer said that the supposed insurgents were really well organized and had id cards in English, can't remember the details

4. Alas, BushCo has lied so often that this is plausible

Many, many Americans are immediately suspect of anything BushCo says or does -- the lessons of experience.

Has it come to this?
