11. I really like Joe as a person,
I just disagree with his policies.

Lieberman has a natural sense of humor and charm, and he is definitely a man of conviction. He marched with MLK, after all. He's very clear about his positions.

I truly wish Joe wasn't so conservative so I could support him -- I'm sure many Democrats feel that way. The religious thing/moralizing especially bothers me. Joe is basically a moderate Republican, but they don't accept moderates in their party anymore.

15. Joe Lieberman is a much better tipper than GWB...
...a friend of mine waited on him when he came thru Saint Louis. 25%...compare that to Bush...0%.

Clearly, there IS a difference...
