What happens if the Constitutional process collapses on Monday ? |
|
Will anything change? The killings, the carbombs, the deception will continue. Will Iraq be ready for open civil war? What is the best spin the Administration can put on it?

1. It will be extended of course. |
|
"we cannot afford to fail".
One has to wonder what lunacy it was for the colonial administrators to set these timetables and deadlines to begin with. The whole thing just looks like a runaway train driven by inebriated clowns. Par for the course with the bush gang. The only thing they are skilled at is dirty domestic politics.

3. My understanding is the provisional election is nullified. |
|
(I figure you know that). What happens, imo, is civil war or an eventual armed partition, in grand colonial tradition, and the end of the charade. Nothing else ends, the spin just changes. Pathetically sad for Iraq.

4. All according to John Negroponte's plan for the take-over.... |
|
...and control of Iraq's political process. Civil war in Iraq will be exactly what happened following the Gulf of Tonkin incident in Vietnam. http://www.commondreams.org/headlines02/0805-09.htm

8. If there is a failure to pass the initiative |
|
it goes back to the Special Committee. There the Bill is re written. If the Sunnis fear being shipped off in cargo containers by the Shiites then some fine tuning is in order. When the Bill is again ready for a vote and presuming no one has detonated themselves amidst all the bickering, why then the Bill goes to a vote of the U.S. hand puppets. Then the Bill becomes a Farce. Voila!

this would all be high comedy. Basically the news team from Anchorman has managed to have a go at taking over the world. Actually that is low brow comedy. Drunken Lunatic Clowns.

If BushCheneyRoveRumfelled had been running the Third Reich, they would have gotten bogged down trying to conquer Poland.

Bush had poor Ari Fliescher Back Peddling so much. His thighs expanded so much so quickly that they actually exploded. It was horrible. I'm waiting for poor Scotty Mc Clellan to have a nervous breakdown in the middle of a press conference and just spew. Bush hired Bin Laden! Iraq really is all about the oil! If all you fucking Americans would just drop dead Bush wouldn't have to accidently nuke you! But most of all I feel sorry for them poor fellas that have to keep moving the goal posts for Bush. They must have muscles so big that they make Ahnold look like a gurly man.

14. Can't we all just let Bush "get on with his life." He doesn't need this! |
|

Selfish Iraqis, "we gave them their freedom" and now this, bothering our Maximum Leader/Lunatic when he just wants to get along, amble on down the road, smell the coffee grounds.:sarcasm: They could have just taken our constitution and adopted it as their own. What is their major malfunction anyway. North Viet Nam did it after WWII ended and look how well it worked for them. Why can't Iraqi's just do something useful, like write a thank you letter (the least they could do) or make a little statue to Bush. Maybe they could read some of those Bibles the fundamentalists wanted to pass out. Couldn't hurt. How can we expect the Iraqis to finish a constitution when they don't even know they're supposed to thank pResident Bush for "their freedom."
