5. Yes, this is an excellent site....
It gave me hope to know the rest of the world retains a different reality than the one spun by our RW media.

6. Please tell people about this site
They are trying to become self-supporting through advertising but need a lot more hits daily than they're getting now. This is a worthwhile effort and I really think more Americans need to know about it. I'm sending this link around to my network of family and friends.

7. wouldn't surprise me if they were uniting for WWIII against us
Just how much of the world united against the Axis in WWII.

If Bushler and the neocons aren't prosecuted out of office we're in for total ruin.

10. A horrible thought, but one that I must agree with.
In these past 5 years, we've become a rogue state. We're the biggest, baddest, and we don't care who gets in our way.

Shameful issue #1: The U.S. burns through 20 million BARRELS (that's right: barrels, not gallons) of oil PER DAY. That's massive.

Europe has more people, and yet they use less than half as much oil as the U.S.

No wonder the rest of the world despises us. And you're right: if we don't get those Killer Clowns out of the White House, we're doomed.

11. Unfortunately
... if Bush & Co aren't driven out in 2008, we're probably going to get our asses handed to us, and I hate to say it, but we probably deserve it.

15. it's not a tremendously likely possibility
It's rather likely they could exert enough military pressure with the threat of WWIII to get the neocons dumped by the corporate oligarchy.

No Cassandra-ism here, just obvious observations of tactics. The SCO sees that Bushler and the neocons are not rational. The SCO goes to say that "These leaders are not rational. Dump them or we will preemptively attack." Corporate fascists in the CFR, AEI, and Bilderberg Group or whatever "NWO" bullcrap thinktank crap their pants and push the secret agencies to "legally" cripple them so they can't actually do anything and prosecute and/or assassinate them out of office.

No big surprises. The "margin calls" on Bushler and the neocon happen when serious threats of economic hardship for the super-rich (via direct destruction of assets) start coming in. And when Bushler and the neocons can't pay, they're booted out. And we can see it happening in the MSM, as the orders from Karl Rove and other neocon PR commanders are clearly not being honored much anymore.

14. This from one of the "Coalition of the Willing" (to be bribed)
"Before he was awoken by Shock and Awe, the sleeping dog of Iraq was a stable, contained dictatorship led by an ageing, Sound of Music-loving secularist. Now the Iraqi canine is foaming at the mouth, transformed, in the words of the US National Intelligence Council, into "a magnet for international terrorist activity" - a nightmarish world of car bombs and daily assassinations in which 3000 civilians have lost their lives in the past four months.

The Shia-dominated Government, under the growing influence of radical Islamists, edges ever closer to an axis with Iran, while its police force, infiltrated by militant supporters of the radical cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, carries out assassinations of former Baath party members and any others who stand in the way of the country's return to the dark ages.

Faced with their country's descent into anarchy, Iraq's professional classes are, unsurprisingly, leaving in their droves. "I love my country but I am unable to do any service for the people as it is overrun by fanatics and extremists," Abdul Jawad, head of English Literature at Baghdad University, told Britain's The Daily Telegraph. Jawad resigned his position as dean after "religious animals" surrounded his office and shouted war-like slogans. "It is now anti-religious to have free speech, liberal minds and civilisation in this country. It is more security problems than economic. Under sanctions, we had no problems like this."

<snip>

Iraq, under Saddam, may have been a dictatorship, and at times a brutal one, but people could walk the streets without being bombed, Christians could worship in peace, women could pursue careers, wear make-up and drive cars and Jawad could give his lectures on Pride and Prejudice without fear of being beaten to death by fanatics...
