Update thread: Memphis lawsuit filed, link soon on votersunite.org

I have posted an update on the Memphis lawsuit on the "2004 ERD" forum that has a (forthcoming) link on www.votersunite.org to the final version of the Memphis lawsuit which declares that paperless electronic voting in Tennessee is unconstitutional. This complaint was filed Wednesday afteroon, August 24, at 3:30 pm. (The votersunite link to allow you to download an MS Word and/or pdf file of the complaint should be up by the end of the day.)

I am cross-posting this thread to let all you GD-Pers know that your excellent comments and suggestions on teh draft lawsuit we posted last Friday were appreciated and many of them were used in our final complaint. So visit the update thread below and comment, discuss and kick. Thanks kindly.
