Does Bush Need Congressional Approval to Go To War with Iran
I don't know the extent of the Act passed in 2002 to go to war with Iraq, but I know that the President was required to provide strong evidence of IMMINENT DANGER to the U.S. withing 48 hours of going to war.

Does that Act cover Iran... if so, how does he plan to go to war in Iran without authorization?

What would the 2/3 of America that doesn't approve of Bush's handling of the Iraq war do/say if he takes us into another illegal war...?

2. One theory that I read somewhere
was that Israel would go in first and then we would come to their aid. They could get around Congress that way maybe. They have lost the 'trust factor' with the public so it wouldn't have public approval but they don't seem to care about that anyway.

3. Precident has been set and will be followed.
Give the reason, say we need a preemiptive strike, strike and go ride a plane to an aircraft carrier and say: "Mission Accomplished."

5. Absolutly...question is will Dems give him a free pass on that one?
He has to have Congressional approval unless he tries to do a secret war on the side. I doubt that even the dim bulb would try that one with US Soldiers.

But the big question is home many Dems in the House and Congress would support more of his bullshit and lies to get us into Iran?

6. Bigger question will public buy (tornado)spin they'll need to set it up?
I don't think so but "you will never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public" as repukes have proven time and time again.
