Venezuela offers fuel, food to hurricane-hit US
CARACAS (AFP) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez offered to send food and fuel to the United States after the powerful Hurricane Katrina pummeled the US south, ravaging US crude production.

The leftist leader, a frequent critic of the United States and a target himself of US disapproval, said Venezuela could send aid workers with drinking water, food and fuel to US communities hit by the hurricane.

"We place at the disposition of the people of the United States in the event of shortages -- we have drinking water, food, we can provide fuel," Chavez told reporters.

4. think of how many people never heard of him two weeks ago?
anecdotally his name recognition went up sixfold.

Of the twelve people at work who were discussing Robertson vs. Chavez last week, only two, myself and a Cuban coworker, knew who he was, now all twelve do.

I know he will because he's a scummy phlegm ball but we could sure use the help.

BTW thanks President Chavez, much appreciated and sorry for those pieces of shit who run my country.

Pat Robertson said Orlando, Fla., should beware of hurricanes, since it and Disney World allowed Gay Days to be held there this past weekend.

"I would warn Orlando that you're right in the way of some serious hurricanes, and I don't think I'd be waving those flags in God's face if I were you,'' Robertson said Monday on his TV show, "The 700 Club.''

Robertson also said the widespread practice of homosexuality "will bring about terrorist bombs, it'll bring earthquakes, tornadoes and possibly a meteor.''

18. Send this to that gasbag Jack Cafferty
Some dolt wrote an email that he read on the air that asked if he thought the rest of the world would send aid to the U.S. the way we did to the tsunami victims. He responded "don't hold your breath". He's an incredible ass and we should all send him this information.

31. I don't care what Bush or his buddy Pat Robertson says about them!
They are Good People and Good Friends. It's been a while since America has seen real help from a government. I hope we can remember how to behave properly. Anybody remember when the whole world was behind America and wanting to help US? Let's hope you know who doesn't screw this up too.
