What are Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell doing about Katrina?
Nothing. They are still attacking liberals. I see no "faith-based" response to this disaster from these evil conmen.

1. Gays caused Hurricane Katrina.
And abortions made the levees break in New Orleans. :sarcasm:

3. They are asking people to send them money - what else?
Whenever there is human suffering, the best thing true believers can do is send money to the Rev. Pat and any of the other soulless joy leeches out there...

8. Well, it DOES take 30 seconds or so to add a link to a website
And their grovelling for bucks is hard, hard work. Practically a full-time job.

6. These marginalized people represent maybe 10% of the American people
Why do Robertson and Falwell bother? Do they really think anyone gives a rip what they say?

There are more followers of Wicca than of these two jerkoffs. Do we see the head of American Wicca Practitioners being asked her opinions on CNN?

7. Maybe Pat should have changed
the object of his prayers...
from the assassination of world leaders to the welfare of those in Katrina's path. :sarcasm:

10. Here's what I got when I Googled "Pat Robertson disaster relief."
The two sides of Pat Robertson
Newsday, NY - Aug 28, 2005
... bought a $520,000 thoroughbred colt he named Mr. Pat. ... residents protested it would be an environmental disaster. ... of some of his ventures, Robertson shows no ...

That's the only result.

11. Operation Rescue is sending food trucks down
They work with the Salvation Army, who can put up mobile field kitchens quickly to prepare the food and distribute the bottled water. They were explaining this on "The 700 Club" yesterday.

The Red Cross will also be there, along with a whole lot of other organizations.

12. He's such a moron
but I have to say that several years ago I volunteered for a medical mission to help kids in Columbia that had cleft lips and palates to get free surgery and he kicked in $100,000.00 for the mission; a drop in the bucket with the kind of cash he has but it did help.
