3. Natural Disaster - 11/2/04
Natural Disaster bill due date - 8/30/05.

Venal, lazy, stupid, corrupt and weak leadership has a price. We have been paying for it for several years, but they didn't mention that it was a balloon mortgage, and the balloon payment date was today.
