Kerry stays in the Ohio Greens/Libertarians election theft lawsuit |

Here's a link to this late breaking story, posted in the 2004 ERD forum. Please read, comment and recommend. Thanks. This is good news, for a change. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=203x392130

And I hope it works although what will be the expected outcome if they all win? Would we, could we, should we expect the rightful President to take over? I can dream, can't I?

20. No, people could go to jail |
|
But there is nothing in the constitution that would make Kerry President - unless you have a very convoluted plan involving: - Getting enough Senators and Congressmen to impeach and convict Cheney and Bush
and
- Getting a large number of Republicans in the House removed and having Democrats win the special elections or having enough Republicans change party
and
- Having Nancy Pelosi nominate Kerry as VP and have him get confirmed
and
- Having Pelosi, the first woman President (do what few ambitious politians would do) resign
- Then Kerry could nominate Edwards

3. Good. Let's hope his backbone doesn't give out again. |
|
In my opinion, this is the least he can do to salvage his credibility.

24. Let's hope people other than his true supporters can regain theirs. |
|
Let's hope those who understand the nature of Kerry's opposition, the nature of the fraud they committed (far more widespread than just Ohio) and the nature of what it will take to create change--which means staying informed, and informed about the smartest ways to effect that change--can quit their baseless, ignorant bitching, and stay on the ball.

|
but the praise seems slow in coming and conspicuously absent.
Gee, I wonder why?
P.S. "Bitching" is evidently in the DU spell check dictionary.

Considering that, aside from New Orleans, election fraud is THE most important issue right now, I'll take any good news I can get. The more we can chip away at their legitimacy, the better. The more people involved in this fight, the better.

25. I think this is a good call on his part (sort of), but I find it curious. |
|
I'll wait for the fall-out (the inevitable rightwing smear campaign, which will latch onto his name and refuse to let go, which will ultimately get Kerry blamed for hurting the election reform effort by those who don't even know enough to know how many votes he won by) before I get too excited.

At least we can have that...he owes us that. And maybe he will pay up in the end, after all.

to at least Hastert, we have a winning combo....
With all the complaining and incompetance going on now, I'd think the other RW's may be about ready to change....
Scarbouragh just called the way Katrina is being handled is a disgrace.... I think Hell froze over...
