4. He said Bush needs to send in the Army now, if New Orleans is to be saved.
And that if we can spend all that money in Iraq, we can mobilize the Army to save New Orleans.

7. Yes, and why weren't the troops sent in before Katrina hit? After all,
Katrina was forecast to make a direct hit on New Orleans as a Category 5 hurricane! And yet, what did FEMA do to prepare beforehand to prepare for Katrina's landfall?

8. That is an argument that yet has to be heard
Why was there no pre hurricane [lan when they knew a day in advance what was about to occur. Maybe Bush* was off playing guitar or something I don't know but he sure was not doing the job he supposedly was elected to do.

6. We need to get his interview everywhere

This guy was the best, most adament public official I haave heard yet demanding Bush Act NOW to send the entire resources of the Federal Government and Military NOW to stop the flooding.

He said the Governor and Mayor do not have the resources. That the Corps of Engineers is not enough! We need MORE help NOW!

"Friday may be too late!"

NEED VIDEO!

or transcript...

10. Bush is Nero
While Rome burned, Nero fiddled. While N.O. drowns, Bush is clueless and they are now dying the streets this morning. If the American people let him get away with this outrageous performance by FEMA and the whole Federal government there is no hope.

He will do a fly-over tomorrow, make a speech in his blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up (mark my words, I watch this guy operate), hand out some water, and the Repubs will swoon.

WTF is Mary Landrieu not screaming her head off?

50% of the LA Natl Guard is in Iraq!
