Bush wins in NH!! read this caption (not mine) carefully

Steve Barba, president of the Balsams Grand Resort finishes marking the tally board shortly after midnight, Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2004, in Dixville Notch, N.H. President Bush (news - web sites) won with 11 votes. Former Gen. Wesley Clark (news - web sites) was the top Democrat with 8 votes. IMHO, this primary means little except for the Northeasterners who MUST do well or lose face.

I just thougth it was strange that they would say that W received the most votes. He did out of Republicans but then who else is there?
