When will a politician from the effected area "dis" Bush to his face?

Will there be a time when someone finally says something that begins with: "With all of the respect due TO THE OFFICE mr. president,..." (note I said due to the office... not the man)?

If so, when will it be?
Who is most likely?
What will be said?

1. This will forever be known as a Presidency of "Non-Accountability".

It is already being spun sucessfully, and without much Democratic Party Electeds coming forward to criticize, according to CBS this morning, Bush now has a 54% approval rating.

This will just be a blip in his presidency.
