WHAT A DUUFUSS! WHAT AN EMBARESSMENT TO THIS NATION!
I would have ordered EVERY helecopter available, including the Presidential fleet into service. Just think of the positive PR of having the Presidential seal on a helecopter delivering food, water, paper towels, diapers. tampax, etc.

He, frankly, doesn't care. Jessie Jackson just said "Indifference and incompetence...both are unacceptable". But I think indifference is worse. Indifference is evil.
