when you haven't had any food or water for 2 or 3 days. Or if you've been wearing the same clothing and sleeping on a gymnasium floor in 99 degree weather, without toilets, or showers. Or if you've been watching people shooting and rioting over basic human needs, or if you've seen dead bodies on the street in your neighborhood that have been laying there for 4 of 5 days.
