3. He'd better ask the Dutch how to rebuild the levee. They
know how to hold the sea back.

15. That would require a large investment in infrastructure....
...The Dutch do that for their people. We don't.

5. He'll never have the chance.
He will resign or be impeached; or at a minimum lose all authority. Bush is finished.

Like other Totalitarian Scum throughout history, Bush believes he owns us.

9. So New Orleans would be for the Rich
They will probably rise up the ground then build high rise condos for the rich like they did to Florida.

We better make sure it doesn't happen and that natives of New Orleans get to go back home and make sure they will build low cost housing. Keep NO the way it was...the diversity.

12. This terrifies me
what they might do to NO. It was so cool, so reflective of the history of the people and they were rightfully proud of it.

It must stay close to the way it was and the people who left who want to come back should have the say about how it is rebuilt.

16. They should hire the former "East Berliners"
When I visited Berlin soon after the wall came down, West Berlin was a disgusting monument to garish capitalism while "East" Berlin was rebuilt to be as interesting and historic as it was before the allies leveled it in '45.
