geneva conventions:

3. I read that they want to evacuate the city first. There is still
danger of the levee breaking further. Sounds harsh but makes sense.

BTW, why are Bush and Freepers encouraging people to donate to the Salvation Army - not mentioning Red Cross. Just wondering.

Faith based charity intiatives....
If the SA has more resources than the red cross they can say "see how much better faith based works than secular"

and Chavez has offered shipments of gasoline to aid poor Americans.

Why isn't Bush accepting these offers? Is Bush's twisted view of the world more important that meeting the needs of the Katrina refugees?
