Hurricane Katrina and Bankruptcy Law
I received an email today about legislation which would protect the thousands of people left financially devastated by Hurricane Katrina from being penalized by anti-debtor provisions in the by anti-debtor provisions contained in the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.
