NO Has A Great Aquarium At The End Of Canal St. What.... |
|
is going on there. Has anybody mentioned whether that is in tact? Will lack of electricity have an effect on the aquarium?
I read another post where pets aren't allowed to go on the buses with the evacuee's - and think that's tragic. Then I recalled that the NO Aquarium is in the middle of all of this. Any reports?

...I know that the introduction of some fish into foreign habitats can be terribly destructive.
Consider here in the Chesapeake area, the vicious snakehead was introduced into the habitat two years ago, and is in the process of destroying the previously inhabiting species.
Edit: good to know that the Aquarium and Zoo survived.

They showed some shots of where the aquarium was and it was just empty rings of rubble. They specifically pointed it out as the aquarium.....

5. the environmental and animal disaster is going to be far greater than |

anything the humans suffered. Sorry, but from the artificially walled in lake on down to locating that many fuel refineries in one place. This is nature beating man, but neither will come out unscathed.
