how do we answer this talking point in regard to them now getting no bid award to rebuild NO port??

2. link to the no-bid rebuild?
I have seen the statement that shows that Hallibutt gets contracts to repair facilities in LA and MS but if you read the fine print the are, actually bidded maintenance contracts from fall of '04.

5. Those people of NO interested in rebuilding their city, whether
they have the skills up front or not, should be employed in a govt funded program to get the city up and running. It would be a good opportunit for OTJ training and provide income. This is the sort of thing they should have done in Baghdad too.

Halliburton is harming people in more than one way.
