Condoleezza Rice scheduled to land in Mobile Alabama
To tour her home state and the rest of the gulf coast tomorrow. She plans to attend church in Whistler, a small community close to Mobile, then pass out ice and water etc…

Dont count on our local news media asking why she went on vacation AFTER Katrina devistated her home state, or maybe complement her shoes because our local media is fauning all over her.

No text - I'm just too disgusted.

Secretary Rice coming to Mobile to tour Alabama Katrina damage

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said she will attend a church service and tour Hurricane Katrina damage Sunday on the Alabama coast.

Gov. Bob Riley, U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions and U.S. Rep. Jo Bonner, all Alabama Republicans, are expected to accompany Rice on the tour.

Rice, an Alabama native whose father was born and raised in Louisiana, said at a State Department briefing that her "thoughts and prayers" are with the hurricane victims.

"The pictures are pictures that I, in many cases, know well. And I just want to say to the people of the hard-hit Gulf region that our prayers and thoughts, and my personal prayers and thoughts, are with them," she said.

5. Hope she wears her Ferragamo boots.
