yesterday. I heard your words of truth while sitting in a hospital waiting room. I was so grateful to hear the outrage out loud. I have been waiting for years now to hear the kind of passion I heard in your voice used to speak truth to power. I was more grateful to you than I can express in words. You were right on the mark, what a voice of reason, of sanity in a world of madness and tragedy. I pray that you will be honored for your brave comments and action which surely, finally, got the momentum started that was, by then, days overdue. I was not the only one in the waiting room who was glad to hear you on the matter. Many of us were proud of you, though we didn't know you at all. I hope that you will receive some sort of civic sainthood for all that you have done for your beloved city. God Bless you Mayor Nagin, God Bless New Orleans and God Bless all of the people who are suffering because of Katrina in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
