He brought in ROOKIES who don't have a clue as what the hell to do...
Worse, he cannot tell them because HE DON" HAVE A CLUE HIMSELF
Far worse. ROVE CANNOT TELL HIM as HE DON"T EVEN LISTEN to good advice...much less fucked up advice...
