Bush won't fire anyone, ever. Doing so admits some culpability. He will never fire anyone. Period. Bush is the anti-accountability President. Nobody he's ever been connected with is ever accountable to anyone. That's the point of Bush-style leadership: nobody is accountable, except to themselves. Their major function in government has been to eliminate accountability beyond any reasonable standard. They've neutered the Congressional oversight of the executive. They cast blame in every direction. They are never accountable. That's the way to produce executive branch tyrrany.

Nobody will take any fall.
