The comments are sarcasm due to the gazillion "rehnquist is dead" posts put up here since last night. combine that with 12 straight house of "rehnquist is dead" on the news and we're all simply "rehquist is dead"-ed out. You need to get up pretty damn early in the AM if you wanna "break news" here on DU. So you know, if youre hearing it from the main stream media.. DU has already been on it.
