Please! I mean ham it up. Let's have Bush toss water bottles at servicemen. Let's see Condi, Karl, and George, tugging a rope to erect a small building (wouldn't that be cute? They can yank together!)

Let's make it sickenly gross. Like nauseating. That way, the reporters who watched the suffering last week can vomit before the cameras, and the American people who watched the images last week can do so in kind. All of us who watched the passive genocide last week are human and have been personally affected by its horror.

I think a glistening PR campaign will do nothing more than point out that these are callous politicians who deserve to be spat on. And spat on they should be.

4. No, they're scared, it's more serious now.
The attempted federal takeover of the Louisiana rescue and recovery effort by lawyers sent by the Bush regime is a sign of the serious hardball they are prepared to play.

5. It would/will be staged again. After seeing that LA official on....

...Meet the Press, if Bush mingled with average citizens, his life would be in danger at this point. He'll have to have a Praetorian Guard around him to go to LA now. I think things are much worse, politically, with respect to officials in LA vs. the White House, than we are being told.
