Roberts should NOT be Chief Justice!

1. They won't do it

There's too many "Democratic" senators who already said they would likely vote for Roberts to be on the bench. I don't see why they would now turn around and not vote for him just because he's going to be Chief Justice. We shall see tomorrow, I guess. We shall see if any of our "Democratic" Senators have the will to fight.
