He ordered the police to lower their weapons right along with his troops. They looked like they were going to buck up for a second but I guess they thought a little better of that idea and lowered them.

street because he had picked a street corner right next to the people wait for food as his command post. He was yelling at all his troops to lower their weapons as they rode by. He said yall are delivering food. Along comes this pick up truck with a bunch of police officers in the back up of it. I assume they were police officers because they were wearing NOPD shirts although not the complete uniform and no hats and carrying automatic weapons at the ready. The General yelled at them to lower their weapons and I think he even said it twice. The police officers looked like kids caught doing something wrong for a second but then lowered their weapons.
