That must have cost him about $5-8K. Not much for a man of his means. He probably spends that much on hair styling products in a single year.

29. Maybe that SCREAMING that Shep Smith did woke him up... |
|
I'll give him a couple of points for the water but a couple of days ago he was doing his BEST to try and poo-poo the notion that Bush had sat on his ass instead of taking quick action.
Like I said maybe Shep Smith and Geraldo woke him up to the real suffering going on....

Most are Christians (as I guess Hannity claims also) and to advertise any donations they give would go against Christ's teaching.

and reporters being paid to follow them around... Frist is the worst one of all, grabbing camermen while he pretended to "observe" patients in the airport.
contrast that with President Gore who flew 3 planes in and purposely AVOIDED reporters.. and Sean penn who went in on his own.. as well as John Travolta... no pics of those people... all the cameramen are bought and paid for by the repukes who are more concerned about playing politics than they are actually helping..

Funny thing is,how many of those awful "Liberals" he hates so much will drink his water? Maybe he asked someone to get their political party before they received any. :sarcasm:

I am saying it's dumb to criticize ANYONE for giving ANYTHING right now. Maybe he could have given more, OK..but why are you criticizing someone for giving something? That's what I'd like to know.
It doesn't "make up" for anything he said. This has nothing to do with what he's said before, and I NEVER said that it did. All I said was that he gave people in NOLA something they desperately need right now. All I care about is that they get the food and water they NEED.
I don't give a flying fuck who gives it or why. And I am sure the people who are DYING won't care where their clean water comes from either.

I want those people to get everything they need and am glad for the contributions, big or small. I just get acid reflux when it comes to repukes. Because of them and their bias and hatred, look at the shape our country is in today. They always seem to have to have a camera in front of them for everything they do. It's sickening.

I'm sure that with all of your millions of dollars you can afford more than 10,000 bottles of water. Even with transportation, that's what, like $15,000 tops? Why not send 1.5 million dollars worth of food and water, Sean? Surely you have more than 10 million in the bank. Why can't you spare even 25% of your wealth to help those in need, Sean? Huh? It's a nice gesture, but when you're as rich as he is, that's all it is, a gesture.

40. Even the bullies are feeling the pressure |
|
In the past, he laughed at the torture, rape and murder of human beings, went ballistic if anyone mentioned dead and maimed Iraqi citizens as a result of a lying administration. He never showed one iota of compassion for a single Iraq mother or child, or father.
He is only doing this to try to save face ~ he and his vicious administration have been publicly shamed in front of the whole world. He's getting scared ~ the Philistines are at the gates and their hate-mongering is falling on more and more disgusted, deaf ears as they witness what Republican policies have done to this country.
However, if his few bottles of water, way late for many dead Americans who he and his cohorts spent the last week trashing because they were too stupid and lazy to leave, then that's a good thing, but it will never, ever get him off the hook. He needs to come out and apoligize for his viciousness towards those of us who struggled so hard to prevent this kind of economic tragedy ~ while he and his stupid audience jeered and leered.
It will take a lot more than that for him to get forgiveness.
