3. I'm not going to say beyond neither Clark nor Lieberman will reach 15%
Edited on Tue Jan-27-04 05:00 PM by overground1
No delegates for those two. Or Sharpton and Kucinich, of course.
And sadly, no delegates for Hamm.
:(

4. This is cheating, because I'm using exit poll data as a basis
But here we go:

Kerry - 33%
Dean - 33%
Edwards - 12%
Clark - 11%
Lieberman - 9%
Kucinich - 2%

8. It's proportional
So I suppose the delegates would be evenly split.

However, I think there's an odd number of at-large delegates....

9. if that happens, expect a recount and a court battle for the nomination
that goes on beyond November.

20. That would be good!
"Unnamed Democrat" would be in the ballot then, and he does better than Kerry and Dean against Bush!

7. Oh why not
Kerry - 34%
Dean - 27%
Clark - 15%
Edwards - 13%
Lieberman - 8%
Kucinich - 3%

Now on to the spin.

Kerry will say that he is 2 for 2 and that things are only getting better.

Dean will point out that a week ago everyone was saying he was dead, some polls even had him in fourth place, and look how far they have come.

Clark will mention how new he is to all this (ie, not a politician) and that he is now ready for the larger battle. He will use more then a few military terms.

Edwards will point out that it is now time to go down South.

Lieberman will be cut off by coverage of other candidates.

Kucinich will not even get the cut away that Lieberman gets.

But I think the big bet is how many states will Dean mention in his speech tonight (this is meant as a joke)?

11. Joementum carry's Lieberman to an amazing come from behind
victory with 65% of the vote. Every other candidate immediately drops out of the race. Bush is so stunned he says he would rather not even seek renomination if it means a race against Lieberman.
