The South Fought a War in Defense of State's Rights
The Bush Admin is being incredibly stupid if they think they're going to win the PR Campaign by complaining that Louisiana didn't turn over complete control to the Feds. That is not a winning argument in the South. Heck, we're looking at another WACO coming up if FEMA officials are going to forcibly remove Southerners from their homes.

1. Seemingly, that is what they want. Martial Law is a good thing
for an unelected twit with TANKING support.

2. Um, the south fought the war to keep the right to treat people like farm
animals.

They are now treating the descendents of these same people in much the same way.
