Listening to Randi Rhodes, these questions arose

Did the Bush adminstration intentionally cause the deaths of thousands? They prevented help from getting to the survivors. They detained people at a bridge, where some cooked to death, and refused to let them cross to safety. They are now refusing survivors who stay food and water. Randi compared this to the Rangers Stadium deal and an opporturity for Bush's friends to get cheap development land. I'm wondering if there are some races he was afraid were going to go blue in those states. Most of the dead are undoubtedly Democrats.

Also, why are there tanks with big guns and armed mercenaries and soldiers roaming the streets when the people in those streets are innocent victims?
