Tom Delay Announces Blame Goes to State & Local Officials
Guess that is the official line from Bushco & Repubs.

You screw up big time and blame others for the results --the Republican Way.

3. As Delay is so credible
I will be the first to swallow that line, not.
Was it the locals who turned down three trucks of water from Walmart?, or the hundred surgeons and dr's and portable state of the art mobile hospital?, or called and told the USCG(after they had offered), not to give 1000 gal of deisel to the local emergency operation? You know Tom Delay is a paragon of civil service.

4. Followup --Delay has crushed Hearing fellow Repub said would take place
Part of the reason for stifling any bipartisan hearing into this fiasco.

5. Where is his concern
Wasn't he the one that dramatically and tearfully read his script about Terri Schiavo's "lips being parched and dry from thirst and stomach aching from hunger" on the floor of the House? I don't think he ever offered to bring a drink of water to New Orleans.
