at a Bar, who suddenly heard that someone is breaking into his car. Then goes out and beats the crooks with a Tire Iron, and thinking, Man, that guy can MOVE!
More in a second.
Edit: Yes! he is back and LIVE! Ed Helms on Now.
Great list of the named "disasters" of the * administration (as in the name list of Hurricane Storms, Katrina is "K" on the list. ;)

7. It's what helps keep me sane in times like these. |

Man, they showed the "Brownie, You're doing a Heck of a job..." clip at the end, and it looked like FEMA Brown didn't even believe what he was saying.

6. He was THAT proud of the press. |
|
Like a tire iron.
Meanwhile, with the shortage of medals, the director of FEMA may have to be dipped in bronze in his entirety just to have enough to go around. Because you know there's gonna be some promotions.
Man, even John can't find anything funny to say about Bush's visit to NO.

9. No, what he was talking about was this big fat alcoholic guy... |
|
...(at a bar he worked at at one time), that sat at the bar drinking (and never moving) until he suddenly, after hearing someone was trying to steal his car, he jumped up and ran out of the Bar to beat the crooks with a Tire Iron.
So, having never seen this guy move from his seat before, he thought, "Man, that guy can Move!"
That's how he felt about the MSM reaction/coverage to the FEMA/Bush screw up.
All I can tell you is, if you can see it, DO!

We're in agreement. My interpretation is that he didn't think the MSM had it in them. But they're starting to show it.
It was a good show.
On edit- I might as well take this opportunity to tell my favorite Daily Show experience. It's about me. Not the show. I bought a bare piece of land, and the only power I had was a small generator. I had set up my satellite dish so I could get the Daily Show. Every night I'd start the generator up, and watch the show. And after each show, I'd pull the cord and kill the engine. Maybe it's only meaningful for me. But it shows my dedication to TDS. And besides, for fun, I'd leave the tv on while the generator was slowing down, and the screen would go all squiggly. Ah, the good old days.

8. Bush quote: "Browny, you're... |
|
...doin' a heck-of-a job." How can he be so divorced from reality? "Heck-of-a-job" moving our PNAC genocide plans forward.

Because I recorded it, and could upload it if it's not on line.

14. One of the best in a long time. Even captured the media POV: |
|
"how does katrina serve/hinders W's interests?" (the hell with the victims) In my area it repeats at 10 AM EST and 8 PM. I will tape that segment.
