Question. If Bush worked in the Private Sector and
appointed someone incompetent (like Brown at Feema) wouldn't he be liable for all kinds of criminal action?

Haven't you ever heard "Don't do that, it's make ME look bad" from your boss???? I have!

Shrub could crawl out from under this mess if he fired Brown and Chertoff and appointed replacements who had a good reputation in disaster recovery...but he'll never do that!

Incompetence is the norm -- that's where these assholes came from after all.

5. I would think that if he was responsible for hiring the
administrator - and hired someone obviously not competent - that a disaster that happened on that person's watch would leave the whole company liable.
