Fun test to find your presidential candidate soul mate
Go to this site.

www.presidentmatch.com

Surprising results here at work. Lots of closet Democrats. Once people examined the issues, they "voted" Democratic. Many had Bush at the very bottom. And they voted for Bush!

1. Took it earlier. 100% with DK. But I pick my favorite only with regard
to which one has the best chance of beating bush. And I am convinced that person is John Edwards.

After watching elections sicne 1960, I promise you that is the only thing that matters on January 20th. Failed nominees have ZERO influence on the new administration.

2. Same happened to me...
I took a test (perhaps not this one but one like it) and Kucinich was something like a 70% match (and nobody else had come much closer), which was a surprise for me, since I consider my views more in line with Edwards', whom I support also because of electability.

5. I was surprised at my results
scored 100% Kucinich. Kerry was second. Sharpton third. I haven't warmed to Kucinich because I thought he had no chance. Sorry to admit that's my reasoning. I should be supporting him.

3. Cool test.
I'm a 100% match with Kucinich, which I knew already, and 88% match with Sharpton, which I suspected.

My next closest two are Kerry and Dean who are about even at 75% match.

I'm embarassed to say I had a 7% match with GWB. I hope that's the proverbial minimum score you get for signing the test. The thought that I could match with him at all is a little disturbing.

6. 100% Clark, 90% Kerry, 12% Bush
Not surprising on Clark since that's my guy, didn't realize Kerry was so close on a lot of issues. I think Bush got that percentage because they count him as having served in the military.

7. Great site
It said I was 100% for Kerry, 99 for DK and 94 for Dean

I'll be voting for Dean but it was interesting to see how well Kerry and I matched. It gives me something to think about

22. Don't feel bad
My freeper cousin got 100% bush! He called me a "god-damn hippie" when I told him my score, and I called him an imperialist warmonger in return.

12. 4%
Scores:
Kucinich: 100%
Sharpton: 92%
Kerry: 91%
Dean: 87%
Clark: 82%
Edwards: 80%
Lieberman: 69%
Bush 4%

How the heck could I have as much as 4% in common with Bush? Can anybody recommend a medical procedure or deprogramming system to get rid of that 4%?

As I'm still undecided, this was actually pretty helpful.

19. I was a little surprised: 100% for Kerry, 93% for DK
Sharpton 88
Clark 87
Edwards 84
Dean & Lieberman 81
Bush 19

I thought it would be something like DK 100, Sharpton 93, and Kerry 88

20. Parts of the comparisons are wrong
For example, some of the candidates who voted for PATRIOT ACT- it lists them as now "strongly opposes", it should list them as "somewhat favors".
