Hillarious, Stupid, Bill O'Rielly

Just saw this on a tv at the gym. Bill O'Rielly is interviewing the deputy chief of police in Louisianna and starts talking about the looters. He told the deputy that he can identify the looters by using all of the security camera footage and video tapes...........


Apparantely the genius Bill O'Rielly does not know what ELECTRICITY is. Could someone smarter than me please notify FOX that video survelliance cameras do not run on batteries, and require electricity????

The police officer just looked at Bill like a dog that hears a noise he does not understand.
