a fitting punishment for Mike Brown
First, he needs to go through the streets of New Orleans and find every dead body there. Then, he needs to carry out on his back every dog, cat, bird or iguana that is still alive.

When that is finished, someone needs to give that SOB a shovel and have him personally dig a hole and bury every dead animal in the city and surrounding environs. All the people who have nothing now, had their pets. Now too damned many of them don't have that much. A pet can comfort you, keep you alive when you are filled with despair. They don't have that and every minute we sit here, animals are dying.

This is more than I can bear.

Give to animal relief too. Give until it hurts.

1. No - he needs to be properly "indoctrinated" into FEMA
1. Eight weeks at the US Coast Guard Recruit Training Center, Cape May NJ -- the whole boot camp thing.

2. Then the NYC Fire Academy - the tower, the bunker -- running around in turn out gear (including a Scott Air Pak), preferably around the "Grinder" with a fire axe at extremely high port.

3. Then he needs to work in a Trauma Center for 8 weeks.

At that point - while he's no emergency responder - he at least knows the difference between a Halligan and a Pike Pole (hopefully), and between a "Fire Truck" (ladder company) and a "Fire Engine" (hose company) - hopefully.

2. Hey rogue, is PEPPA still active in AK?
If it is, that might be a great resource to use. Just a thought.
