1. He can count on that loyal and fundamentalist |
|
40% to always be there. He could have sex with a child and still that 40% hard core Bush audience of fundie Christians would support him.
Sick!

11. I wonder if he is NOT a manifestation of SATAN |
|
certainly meets most of the criteria: Father of lies, Evil, and so on - only I would think SATAN is acutally smarter. Things have been going to hell since he stole the first election.

I've seen too many polls where clearly the answer should go against Bush. He almost always gets 35%.

2. I always like to see his excellent/good ratings..... |
|
Those numbers reflect the percentage of people who would stand behind Bush even if he was caught having sex with a nun in the Oval Office,a crack pipe setting on his desk and a porno movie playing on the TV.

9. How anyone can respond favorably to the recent fiasco is beyond me; |
|
All he has done is talk, the has been no action from the administration, other than that which would be considered 'normal' under the circumstances, albeit incredibly late.
Chertoff and Brown should have been history aleady, tossed out under the mantle of shame they deserve, and should have been replaced by people that know what they are doing. Damn plitical appointees w/o the simplest notion of how to act in the good of the citizenry....:grr:

29. My Mom was a devout R until the neo-cons took over... |
|
she is from the Mid-Atlantic state of MD, and was brought up from the notions of the Lincoln era R's...very deep rooted. She is an Eisenhower R, more of the Teddy Roosevelt era thoguh. In any case, she was such an R that she didn't carry dimes around because they had FDR on them!!!!!!
She voted for bush the first time around, and despised Clinton, (but couldn't as to why... ). Today, she is on a roll to help get bush out of office as the worst president ever, and will not vote for am R again, until they return to the morality of the Lincoln era R's....:D
Just goes to show me that people are seriously pissed, and the GOP will suffer ggreatly in the near, and hopefully distant future!!!!!....:woohoo:

hates * guts. She voted for Gore and Kerry. She's 71 and I am so proud of how far she has come.
Not carrying dimes is so hysterical!! It sounds like she is a woman with the courage of her convictions! Bless her heart on fighting the neocon cabal.:patriot:
I want to see the GOP suffer for allowing the neocons to infiltrate this government. Let them suffer hard!:woohoo: :applause:

16. Polls are like astrology predictions....if you look around enough |
|
...there will be numbers and reports that fit your argument. In a number of ways polls use some of the same methods to come up with the results and conclusions which they report. For example, for years pollsters have relied upon random samples of 1,200 observations around the country to address national social and political issues. Problem is that most of these polls are neither random nor valid samples.
Interviewers are given lists of telephone numbers to call and take whoever answers and agrees to complete the survey. Over 85% of all numbers called never answer with a live person. Of those which do answer, over half will hang-up the phone or refuse to take the survey. Then there are the biases introduced by people with unlisted numbers, cell-phones and people on no call lists. These groups are under-represented, yet represent a significant and important segment of the population.

|
Everything from here on down is about looting the treasury for his rich pals. He could poll at -5000% and it wouldn't make a bit of difference.
Get me some polls that say 15 R house seats are going to switch over to Ds next November, and I'll break out the pinatas and party hats.
