Bush "didn't quite understand" what "GET OFF YOUR ASS" meant?

Ray Nagin, right now, on the "Meet The Press" replay on MSNBC.

Russert says "I have a clip of something you said 10 days ago and I want to get your reaction"...Nagin saying "Flying over the situation in Air Force One doesn't do it justice...get off your ass and help these people"...

So Nagin says "The president and I had a one-on-one on that, and I told him I don't mean to disrespect you or the government, and he told me that he didn't quite understand what I meant when I said that, so I said "What would you do if you were in my shoes" and I think he understood what I meant"...

Probably, Bush would do the same thing as what he did in his OWN shoes.

In other words, he still wouldn't care.
