Can someone explain to me the close relationship
Between the Red Cross and the President? My thoughts were maybe Paul Wolfowitz and the World Bank.Please share your thoughts, would love to get some details.

1. I believe
His wife used to be the President of the ARC though I believe it was mainly because as the daughter in law of the former President and wife of a Governor (at the time) she was good for fund raising from Freepers.
