1. No one asked him if he would support and independent Katrina commission
like the 9/11 Commission. The Democrats, thankfully, have refused to be used in Dubya's "bipartisan bicameral" Congressional investigation.

Will there be any accountability? You know, the "blame game"--something those who are to blame do not want, as John Stewart so aptly put it last week.

2. Yeah, the 9-11 commission was real "independent". Every commission
has been a whitewash so far.

3. A lot more independent than Dubya's plan for "bipartisan, bicameral" one.
The 9/11 Commission made recommendations that have not been followed by the Bushistas.

5. When I saw * on TV yesterday saying how the levee broke Tues.
When I saw * on TV yesterday saying how the levee broke Tues. it was so-o-o-o comforting to know he was on top of the situation and in touch.

The levee broke late Monday morning.

4. Has he called "Katrina", "Corrina" yet?
The conversation between him and the Missus over dinner must be magic. :sarcasm:
