Bush Approval Rating Hits Career Low in Post/ABC News Poll Sept 12,42%
Edited on Mon Sep-12-05 08:35 PM by PennyMan
Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- President George W. Bush's job approval rating is at the lowest level of his presidency, 42 percent,
amid public dissatisfaction with the government's response to Hurricane Katrina, a Washington Post/ABC News poll shows.

Bush's rating is down three points since Katrina hit the Gulf Coast two weeks ago, according to data released today by the Post.
Fifty-seven percent disapprove of Bush's performance in office, a double-digit increase since January, the poll found.

Public approval of Bush's handling of Iraq also is at an all- time low of 38 percent, as is approval of the way he's dealing with the U.S.
campaign against terrorism. Fifty percent say they approve of the way the war on terrorism is being conducted, compared with an average
approval rating of 69 percent over the previous 40 Post/ABC polls.

in the Superdome and Coventionn Center. Misery and death was witnessed by millions worldwide.

When the leader of the free world,in the wealthiest nation in the world can't pick up a phone and save his citizens, he should have the lowest poll numbers ever.

5. As for Barbara Bush. . . .
She must be shitting in her panties thinking about how the American public is rejecting her little angel.
