For the first time in weeks - I can safely say that nobody is in danger
in New Orleans. Houses have been checked once, twice, three times. And people will soon be together. Other than the unresuced pet - people are safe. Except for those you have get to find their loved ones or are in the process of grief - people are safe from immediate danger.

I would imagine that there are some distrustful people who would hide out to the last.
