I posted that they appeared to be acting like the prosecutors at a trial. I didn't see much of them today, I'll watch tonight on cspan when they rerun all of today's hearing.

While Roberts was judging a case, he was negotiating a job offer with one of the defendants. That's a clear conflict of interest.

raised while he was hearing arguments that involved this government (hamdi?) while simultaneously being interviewed by these same people for a job (to the highest court in this country)
on edit: roberts - as usual - said he could not answer that question ugh
