Is it common for both pres and VP to take Vacation at same time?
I noticed that Bush and cheney were both on vacation at the same time.Who is in charge at the white house when this occurs?Just curious...

2. Cheney wasn't on vacation
he was busy working up those cinchy deals for New Orleans' renconstruction with Halliburton, Bechtel, etc.
