FUCK YOU Bill Clinton
Edited on Sat Sep-17-05 06:08 PM by sunnystarr

Mr Clinton said the corporation's coverage had been "stacked up" to criticise the federal government's slow response.

.............

Mr Clinton invited Sir Howard and Mr Murdoch to discuss the media in a global economy as part of a three-day gathering.

http://news.ft.com/cms/s/7e6c3c44-2719-11da-b6fe-00000e2511c8.html

I used to be one your biggest supporters Bill. I supported you during all your "gates" even your blow jobs. The only time you betrayed me was NAFTA.

George H.W. Bush now your bosom buddy Bill? FUCK YOU!!

Meeting with Murdock, Bill? FUCK YOU!!

Describing accurate coverage of the Bush Katrina response debacle as "stacked up," Bill? FUCK YOU!!

You've sold your soul to the Bush cartel. Did that heart surgeon dry up your heart? Did they implant a neocon chip while they had you under?

If you think I'd vote for Hillary ... FUCK YOU!!

You sold us out and I'll never support a Clinton again!!

4. I'd like to see what everyone believes is "gloating"
This is coming from the kingpins of the world's largest media comglomerates, and being reported by the Financial Times.

And Bill Clinton.

Maybe we could throw a Wall Street Journal rebuttal in there :eyes:

5. You forgot to mention the Midnight Pardons. Are you cool with them too?
They're what did it for me. Pardoning Marc Rich and that cocaine dealer. I hope all the Clintons got nice fat Swiss bank accounts for those. If Marc Rich is innocent as he claims, let him use his billions for some lawyers and appear in court. I think he's still in Switzerland. As for the coke dealer, it shows you our country's priorities vis-a-vis the war on drugs. I'd laugh if I weren't so angry.

22. You're right ... I was thinking of policies
At the time I thought Clinton was threatened by the Massad to pardon Rich since Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak phoned Clinton and Foxman the national director of the ADL wrote him. There were certainly payoffs to Foxman but you're right, it's just as likely that Clinton was paid off as well. I don't put anything past him now.

The cocaine dealer ... and damn I don't remember his name ... Bill probably did that for his own steady supply.

FUCK HIM!! I am so furious!!

6. Begs THIS question: So YOU would have handled it the same way, Bill?
You mean to say there would be no difference in the response by Clinton - James Lee Witt and the response of Bush - Chertoff - Brown?

20. The leadership of this Party sucks!
S U C K S ! ! !

I did watch BBC coverage on BBC America, and BBC World on PBS. Their tone was "horrified" for what was happening to the poor people. They only started to gloat when Bush started to take a beating. They were not kind. But, if that had happened in their country, they would have flayed the sking off of Blair on live TV in Britain.

I am with Gloria....... how much more of this B U L L S H I T are we supposed to sit back and watch without going berzerk? We've got Donna Brazile doing Pro-Bush Op-Eds for the Washington Post, and we've got Bill sticking up for Shrubber every chance he gets.

I am about to go postal on this Party. I can only imagine what Bill will be yacking about on the Sunday Morning talkers!

I think we need a Forum for Primal Screamers. This Party needs a f*cking make-over!

On Edit: I just want to add that Clinton is like the "good cop" in a "good cop, bad cop scam."

9. Did the BBC gloat over our troubles?
Edited on Sat Sep-17-05 06:19 PM by Pepperbelly
I did not watch the coverage and have no way of knowing. If they did have a gloating tone, that would have sucked as bad as a gloating tone here when the French died in the heat wave a while back.

Not good behavior, no matter who's doing it. If it was gloating, good for Bill.

On edit, if what was reported is true, he was milder than I would have been. Fuck me, too?

they provide specifics. They didn't. I'd be very, very surprised...the BBC has been a model of restraint.

13. Was the BBC reporting flawed or ...
not? If it was ... his criticism is justified. If not, then it isn't. I did not see the coverage in question but I do have to wonder if it had the gloating tone mentioned in the link.

Also, Bill is scarred from the past and trying to create a legacy...and finally never forget he is not a regular guy he is a politician.

Politician= an ass that can talk out of both sides of his mouth.

24. Dear Governor Clinton, what about the AMERIKKKAN MEDIA?
Never fucking MIND the BBC, Bill. They have one helluva LOT more credibility than all the Murkin networks put together! If you want to talk about being "stacked up," all you have to do is remember 1998. Or have you sold out completely to the BFEE in the interest of getting Hillary "elected?" To where your memory has become selective, is what I mean to say.

After all the buttfucks you got from ABCCBSCNNNBCFochs--without even a WORD of protest from you or the courtesy of a reacharound from THEM--where the FUCK do you get off criticizing the BBC?

And about your choice of companions lately...

Remember New Orleans

26. As usual with Clinton bashing posts and articles
a full quote is useful

Former US president Clinton said the corporation’s coverage, while factually accurate, had been “stacked up” to criticize the federal government's slow response to the catastrophe without focusing on any of the other relief efforts or the magnitude of the task.

http://www.thebusinessonline.com/Stories.aspx?StoryID=7A661262-08BA-4CA5-BBC5-916FA8594257&SectionID=F3B76EF0-7991-4389-B72E-D07EB5AA1CEE

---
Since Clinton is very much interested in the recovery, he would like to see more emphasis on that, I'm sure. After all it is an ANTI-POVERTY Global Initiative he is attending. Bless Bill Clinton for working on poverty. Fortunately he is a politician and gets things done and doesn't rely on emotionalism to do them.

28. there is an unwrit rule - never criticize any president post-office.
You will note that no one, not one, ever criticized a later president. This rule, to my knowledge and reading, has never been broken. So as far as that goes, you cannot blame Bill for maintaining that tradition.

As for rubbing noses with Babs and George the First, I don't understand it, nor do i begrudge him spending time with another person in a very rarified, very unique group.

as for some of the other company he keeps, I didn't care much for monica either, nor Paula. What matters to me was and is
a) Was he a good president?
He is looking better and better, he is extremely gifted, he was attacked even before he started - and yes, there is a vast right wing conspiracy known as the neoconmen.
b) could he have done better?
HELL YES.
c) did he do harm to our country?
only in letting Bush get elected because of some personal actions which brought disrepute on a personal level - and it attached to Al Gore.
but on the scale of Damage By Shrub? hell no. He worked for the good of this country. He was a good man and a decent president. he also was hands on, and he cared, and cared deeply.
d) How will history see him?
assuming that we survive the next 3 yrs, pretty good, probably, especially in comparison with our current menace.
